RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Leivara, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled and operates alongside your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
1. Right to Return
Online customers generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the hygiene exceptions below.
2. Hygiene Products
Towels and bath textiles are personal hygiene products. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, odours, pet hair or damage and returned in their original packaging. Used items may not qualify for return except where faulty.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Products should be returned in a resaleable condition with all original packaging and labels where possible.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact support@leivara.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs if applicable. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Return Requests
Email returns@leivara.com with your order details before returning any item. We will provide return instructions.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect. Tracked delivery is recommended.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods have been inspected.
8. Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, exchanges may be offered for eligible products.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, altered or intentionally damaged items cannot normally be returned unless your statutory rights apply.
10. Manufacturing Defects
Normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under Irish or EU consumer protection law.
